This episode was from a question that someone in the Impact Formula™ group coaching program asked…What systems do I need set up in order to scale?
The reality is that you need systems in order to grow and scale because they save you time, they make you money and will ultimately either be the thing that catapults you forward or keeps you stuck.
So today, I am sharing with you the 6 systems that you need set up in your business in order to grow and scale.
Marketing allows you to growing your following, customer base and attract people to you. It allows for you to connect with your existing audience and build that know like and trust with them.
The goal with marketing is to provide new lead generation as well as to move people along the sales cycle.
2: Conversion events
This is how you actually make money in your business. Do you have a system for making money in your business monthly, weekly and/or daily? If not you need one. I talked more about conversion events in this episode.
3: Quality Assurance and Customer Retention
The goal of this system is to provide amazing service, keep your clients and get new clients through word of mouth referrals.
You need a system for money. What is coming in, what is going out? I also think having one is not enough…you must use it.

How new hires are selected and trained while they are on your team. Even if you have no team yet you will want to start documenting your systems and processes so that when you are ready to hire you have adequate training for your new hire.
In summary, in order to scale and grow your business, you will want to have systems to streamline your business, save you time and make you more money. The systems that you set up now will allow work as levers to catapult you towards the goals you have set out for yourself. Systems like marketing, conversion events, quality assurance and customer retention can be tracked and measured using your financial system. You will also want to have a project management system to keep you and your team on task every single day. Lastly, you will want a hiring and training system to help you grow your team with ease.
